Integrate Firmao CRM with Bilionis via Zapier

In this article, we will show how to connect Firmao with Bilionis, and what you can use this integration for. It is extremely simple because it is done through Zapier.

With Bilionis you can directly contact purchasing managers in Italy and around the World and send new leads to your CRM. Bilionis also has special automated features to get new B2B customers in specific countries, such as: Italy, Germany, France, Spain, England, USA, Canada, Australia.

Zapier is a platform that allows you to integrate different applications and tools to automate your work. The integration between Zapier, Firmao and Bilionis allows for the automatic transfer of data between these platforms. When a new Message is received in Bilionis, the data will go straight to Firmao, creating a new Deal. This allows you to automate many time-consuming activities and ensures that you have up-to-date data.

The integration between Zapier, Firmao and Bilionis offers various Triggers and Actions to automate the flow of data between these platforms. 

Triggers: are the events that trigger automatic actions in the integration.

Actions: are the specific actions that are taken as a result of triggers. 

What needs to be done to connect applications in Zapier?

Firmao: Log into your account, click in to the button on the right corner (with letter A – admin), click “company settings”. On the left you’ll have different categories – click on Integrations. On the top click on “API”, then click “Enable API”. Here you’ll have API login and Password – that’s the credentials needed for you to sign in Zapier. You can set the rest simply via Zapier.

Bilionis: To connect Bilionis with Zapier you need API Key and email address, which was used to create an account. To receive API Key go to your Billionis account, in the Dashboard > API section. Then, generate a new API Key and copy it. 

How to create working Zap:

We have two ways to do the Zap:

  1. (Recommended) You can use an already prepared Zap template. It will create a new Deal in Firmao, when a New Message is received in Bilionis. The Deal will be visible for your sales team, who then can approach a new potential client. This is a very simple solution, as it requires only a few credentials from the user.
  1. You can configure Zap manually by selecting the desired triggers and actions from the list in Zapier. This will require manual configuration of every aspect of Zap. However, this can be beneficial if you have specific needs that the template does not meet.
