Integration allows you to initiate calls from Firmao, connect call records to the system and present data of the contractor making an incoming call to the company. In the details of the user and/or users who are to be responsible for telephone contact, enter the login (or number) of the integrated VOIP/SIP telephone and the business telephone number.
In order to properly configure the integration in Firmao, it is required to enter the following data:
- Login to the Dialfire application
- Dialfire password
After accepting the information about data transfer, it is required to enter data from the Firmao system:
- Organization ID
- API login
- API password
