It allows you to read and send incoming messages from your connected WhatsApp account directly in Firmao. New messages will appear in the form of standard chat windows available in the panel on the right side of the program. Check the WhatsApp Consultant checkbox in the details of the user and/or users you want to be responsible for replying to messages. The integration requires all Supreme licenses for it to work properly.

To set up the Firmao integration correctly, you need to be connected to your WhatsApp account. Sign in to your WhatsApp Business account in Firmao, then select the phone number and configuration you want to sync with Firmao. Finally, save the settings.
