The integration synchronizes orders, products and customers from WooCommerce to Firmao. Synchronization takes place every 10 minutes and all documents will be visible on the list in the form of orders from customers.
Firmao CRM also enables automatic conversion of submitted orders into VAT invoices to facilitate the sales process itself. If the product does not exist on the Firmao CRM side, it will be automatically created when sending orders, otherwise the products are linked by product code for further stock updates on the Firmao side. A warehouse document can also be automatically created for the invoice created based on the order.
Celem poprawnego skonfigurowania integracji w Firmao wymagane jest uzupełnienie następujących danych WooCommerce:
- Store domain name
- Client Key
- The client's private key
When adding integrations, it is also possible to enable additional functions, including:
- Downloading (updating) prices from the store to Firmao
- Updating product descriptions in Firmao based on WooCommerce descriptions
- Synchronization of inventory levels (the WooCommerce warehouse is treated as the parent warehouse in this case)
