Implementation

The client wanted to implement a customer panel to handle inquiries from its contractors in the form of tasks with specific statuses, display customers via Google Maps for salespeople, and seamlessly handle the process associated with ordering by employees, along with working with full inventory management.

During the first remote conferences, we focused on the current conundrums and problems associated with the process related to placing orders through employees. With the ability to define custom statuses for documents and options related to the personalization of data views of document lists, we were able to achieve a clear and transparent view, which translated into the speed and time of order processing in relation to the work on warehouse management, and thus accelerated the efficiency of office workers.

During the implementation, we also used our customer panel, enriching it with customized changes, which we discussed during subsequent conferences and analysis. The end result was a fully functioning online store integrated with our Firmao platform. Most importantly – the creation of an individual solution did not in any way increase the costs associated with the subscription of the solution – such a combination allows you to fully optimize costs with a one-time fee for customization.
The prevailing functionality, thanks to which he decided on our system is the ability to personalize each module in the program – the program allows you to hide unnecessary fields and add new ones, so we can fully influence the appearance of the program. An additional advantage became the fact that all individual changes were analyzed in a very short time and implemented according to the planned completion date.
