What does Schedpol’s business consist of?

For more than thirty years, Schedpol has been supporting customers in creating inspiring bathroom spaces that are both comfortable and safe to use. Their goal is to provide the highest quality products in the bathroom furnishings category. The system currently utilizes 25 employees.


During the presentation of the system, we actually discussed all the functionalities of the system in order to make the client aware of the system’s capabilities by arranging immediately for another presentation attended by the company’s key employees.

During the next stage of implementation, we focused on the most important aspects of the system that were to be used by employees, including training each employee through the support of a mentor on how to handle tasks, projects, contractors. We focused on assigning access to individual employees so that employees would only receive information about those tasks they were actually supposed to perform during their work.

The ability to personalize the system allowed us to create many additional fields and create personalized templates for task or project reports, so that decision-makers and managers could get as much information as possible in the form of reports on completed and uncompleted tasks.

During and after the implementation of the system, the employees could count on the support of a consultant, both in the form of e-mail and, above all, by phone, both in the technical aspect and in the search for further solutions to optimize processes.
